I know that you spoke to the heart of every man and woman

Dear Glenda and Philip,

I just wanted to thank you both for coming to Beaverdam Baptist Church, in Beaverdam, Virginia, USA, back on Saturday, February 23, 2008. I had never heard of your ministry, but can’t understand why. I know that you spoke to the heart of every man and woman that was in the sanctuary that blessed day. I saw some women actually taking notes, while all I could do was cry and cry and cry some more. I was the woman that told you of my dignity being restored, my place at the family table being restored after having an abortion about 16 years ago. God spoke to me through a precious mentoring woman younger than me, that it was too painful for me to come to the table, it was a constant reminder of my terrible sin and the shame that went with it. Satan stole many years around my dinner table with my children, but I know that God will return what the locust has eaten. I am already experiencing some wonderful communion with my family, and we have just begun. I am especially grateful that God is doing this before my nineteen year old son leaves for college I the fall. I and my husband will be able to send him off with so much more than I could have given him. Thank you for your obedience to God, and for traveling all over this world and to restore the brokenhearted like I was. My husband came on the following Saturday at the Ukrop’s store and to hear you speak and said he wanted us to sow into your ministry. We believe what you are doing is something that we want to be part of. God bless you and all your family.
